In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to our Services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
