Our Shipping Policy

At Z2Learn, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our educational materials and products. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and other important information to ensure you have a smooth experience when ordering from us.

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Free Shipping: On orders over ₹2,500 within India

1. Order Processing

After you place an order for physical educational materials or products:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order.
  • Our team will process your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where applicable.

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may not be processed until the next business day.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all shipments where available. To track your order:

  • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Log into your Z2Learn account and view your order history.
  • Contact our customer support team for assistance.

Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available and can take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Regions under international sanctions
  • Locations where delivery services are limited or unavailable

5. Delivery Issues

Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors who may have received the package.
  2. Contact your local delivery office to inquire about the delivery.
  3. If you still can't locate your package, contact our customer support team within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and products.
  2. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Returns

7. Digital Products

For digital educational materials and products, no shipping is required. Access to digital content will be provided through your Z2Learn account immediately after purchase or within the timeframe specified in the product description.
