We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a course enrollment, subscription, or product purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Digital Courses and Content

Refund Eligibility

For most of our digital courses, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within this period, provided that:

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content;
  • You provide specific feedback on why the course did not meet your expectations; and
  • You have made a genuine effort to engage with the course material.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses or content specifically marked as "non-refundable";
  • Individual course modules purchased separately;
  • Downloadable resources once they have been downloaded; and
  • Courses purchased as part of a bundle or package deal.

2. Subscription Services

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period;
  • No further charges will be applied to your payment method; and
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled for future billing periods.

Refunds

For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for partial months. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

3. Physical Products and Materials

Return Policy

Physical educational materials and products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are:

  • In their original, unopened packaging;
  • In new and unused condition; and
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

4. Live Workshops and Events

Cancellation by Participant

For live workshops, webinars, or events, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7+ days before the event: Full refund or credit for a future event
  • 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit for a future event
  • Less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but credit may be applied to a future event

Cancellation by Z2Learn

If Z2Learn cancels an event for any reason, participants will be offered either a full refund or credit for a future event, at the participant's choice.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to the "Purchases" or "Subscriptions" section, where applicable;
  2. Select the item you wish to cancel or request a refund for;
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your request; or
  4. Contact our customer support team at support@z2learn.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

6. Processing Timeframes

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

7. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may sometimes require exceptions to our standard policy. If you are facing a special circumstance (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster), please contact our customer support team, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
